Unfortunately, due to our prime position on Exeter Quay, we do not have our own car park. However there are several pay and display car parks to choose from nearby, the closest being Haven Banks Car Park and Cathedral and Quay Car Park.

Yes the Samuel Jones is accessible throughout with flat access into the pub at the front entrance and a small ramp into the main bar area. Our riverside entrance is not suitable for guests with mobility issues however. Every effort has been made to ensure the pub is as welcoming as possible for all guests. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements and the team will be happy to help plan your visit.

Yes, we offer plenty of outdoor seating around our pub so you can enjoy fresh air, great food and our beautiful location by the water. Perfect for sunny afternoons and relaxed summer evenings.

Yes, dogs are permitted in all areas of the pub including the bar and outside seating area. We politely request that dogs are kept on leads at all times in public areas and are not left unattended at any time.

As we do accommodate dogs on site, guests with allergies or sensitivities are strongly advised to notify the pub directly in advance of arrival. While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we will always endeavour to meet individual requirements where possible.
